It's been close to six months in the making, but Assess and Correct IS HERE!
Rather than try and explain it for the 1,000th time, I'm going to refer you to the official Assess and Correct website. Here you'll find everything that's included in the package, along with video clips that help you understand just how simple the program is to follow.

Can't wait to order this.
I don't own Magnificent Mobility or Inside-Out, but from the FAQ, this seems like it's the best purchase to go for from the three DVDs.

I just wanted to comment to compliment you on a great sales page for that - told me what I wanted to know about the product and why I should (need?) get it.... now I just have to wait for my paycheck!

Hi!
It seems this product would be great for someone like me?
I have a recurring issue in the upper/midback, it being tense sort of like a corset. I've been to chiropractors and they release the "stuck part" but it comes back after some time and one cause seems to be some imbalance where my right side droops during for instance a static plank.
Is this an issue that could be easily assessed and addressed with this program, so I could break this recurrence?
sorry to bore all with this description, but I am grasping for something to help with my returning non-lower back thing.
