Critical Bench

This is a little something like Random Friday, except, well, it's Monday ;)

- First of all, I hope everyone had a safe and happy fourth of July weekend! I didn't get to relax quite as much as I would've liked, but that's ok. I can sleep when I'm dead!

- Have I mentioned lately that Eric Cressey is stronger than you? This is just wrong.....

- My good friend and IFAST member Lance Goyke wrote about his experience as the "Assess and Correct" cover model HERE.

The hard part for him is going to be the fame - women throwing themselves at him, internationally reknowned, you know how it goes. I just hope it doesn't go to his head!
