As you can tell, I didn't get around to posting a blog yesterday. With Wayne coming on in the mornings you'd THINK I have more time on my hands, but it doesn't feel that way just yet.

- Did you miss the most recent Podcast? It features Chicago Bulls Strength and Conditioning coach Josh Bonhotal, and it's probably the most in-depth discussion we've had to date. Definitely check it out!

- Next week I'll be presenting at the NSCA Illinois State Clinic on the topic of single-leg versus bilateral lifting. I must admit, I'm fascinated by this topic. However, I think we're often far too quick to come to a "conclusion" without looking at the pertinent information. This should be an interesting presentation, for sure!
