Barcelo Los Cabos
It's been a crazy week, but I wanted to put this up before I left. Here goes!
- Evidently, Cressey and Reinold's DVD is still on sale! Click here to pick it up before Wednesday, when the price goes up $30!
- As I mentioned Thursday, I'm dialing in the details for the Midwest Performance Enhancement Seminar. I think we've settled on a location, and I'm hoping to have the presenters info pulled together by the end of the month. Stay tuned!
- A quick congratulations to my buddy Mike Irr, head strength coach for the Charlotte Bobcats. The Bobcats qualified for the playoffs for the first time in team history, and I'm sure Mike played a big role in that. Congrats Mike!
- My gosh, the Single-Leg Solution (SLS) is so close! Unfortunately I leave for vacation tomororw, but I'm 99.9% sure it will be ready for sale on Monday, April 26th. I'm putting the finishing touches on the DVD and manual as we speak, and I really feel this is going to be a powerful resource - not only for coaches, but athletes and end-users as well.
- To help support the SLS launch, I'm going to be doing a Tweetchat sometime that week. If you're unfamiliar with the concept, it's basically a way you can ask me questions about single-leg training, the product itself, etc.
To do this, you'll need to sign-up for a Twitter account. After that, head over to Tweetchat and get registered/logged in there as well. I'll post the official date, time and details on Monday 4/26.
- I leave for Barcelo Los Cabos tomorrow at 6 am. Thanks to the power of the Innerwebz I'll still be updating the blog next week, though, so be sure to stop by next week and check it out!

Have a fun time on vacation. I hear the intervebz don't work in Mexico--hehehehe.
Jodie and I were about 2 hours from there in La Ventana about 8 weeks ago and had a blast.
