The Single-Leg Solution
It's been a while since we've had a Random Friday post, so I figured we
might as well get one in this week. Enjoy!
- As you can see from the above, we're getting close on
wrapping up "The Single-Leg Solution "project." My boy James is
working on the DVD, while I'm finishing up the first draft of the
DVD. And tonight, I send the first draft off to Nate Green for
copyediting. So there is actual progress going on!
The goal is
to have it completed before I leave for vacation in April, and then when I
come back we can launch it the following week. Stay tuned!
- Along those same lines, I've been
working hard to updated my YouTube page as well. There are quite
a few video clips there, and I would have it totally updated if...

Sports Supplements
It's time for a little rant.
People ask me all the time, "Mike,
what supplements do you take?"
"Mike, what are your
thoughts on supplements?"
"Mike, what supplements should I take
to get JACKED?"
When people ask me about supplements, I kind of
feel like AI felt about pratice.
There are a
few very specific reasons I don't talk about supplements more. First
and foremost, I'm not an expert. I'm not sure I'm an expert in
anything, to be quite honest, but I'm definitely not an expert in
supplements or supplementation.
But here's the real reason I
don't spend a ton of time talking about supplements.
Have you
seen how most people EAT?
And I'm not talking about
having them verbally tell you their skewed perceptions of what they think
they ate. All of us have a tendency to remember...

Updates
I'll be honest - I can't believe the year is almost 25% over with!
With that being said, I wanted to give some updates to keep
everyone up to speed on what's going on around here. Here goes!
- Blog Posts
For
the next couple of weeks, I'm only going to blog 2-3x/week. For the
past couple of weeks when I've been writing 4 blogs and a newsletter
weekly, and frankly, that's a ton of writing!
My goal is to
get my Single-Leg Solution DVD and manual ready to ship before I go on
vacation April 10th. That way, once I get back we'll be ready to
rock!

Da Biceptz
Last Thursday was NOT a good day.
You all know I'm a pretty
positive person, and I do my best to let things roll off my back. So
just suffice it to say when I don't have a good day, it's NOT a good
day.
Luckily, my good friend/online training
client/soon-to-be-intern Eric Oetter was in town and we decided to get a
quick training session in that evening.
We started off with
some big, compound lifts - close-grip board presses with chains, and
weighted chins.
After that, it was on like Donkey
Kong.
I was hitting up some tricep work while Eric worked on
his pulling technique, and then we decided to finish off with some biceps
(aka biceptz). I had no clue what to do, so EO offered up an idea:
