Improving Your Bench Press Arch

Let’s be honest – everyone likes to bench press.

And one of the easiest things you can do to increase your poundages (and look like more of a bad-ass) is to improve your bench press arch.

  1. Thanks for the video Mike! I’ve been doing the warmup with the foam roller and the hip flexor stretch for awhile now, but never thought about using the PVC on the bench. Thanks for the tips!
