I am excited to hear more about your trip to the Land Down Under. – Mike

•    I have a chronic case of plantar fasciitis.  It was fine for several months, but I recently started attending a boot camp and it’s really flared up.  I also wear high heels almost daily to work.

What are some general recommendations to help deal with this? – JA

•    I’m getting ready to do my first powerlifting meet.  I’ve been training raw, but a lot of friends have told me I need to wear a belt.  What do you think?  And where can I purchase a high quality belt?

•    I’ve read a lot of your stuff and would really like to do an internship at your facility.  Do you offer internships?  And if so, what do I need to do to get the ball rolling?

What were some of the biggest things that helped you get to were you are at such a young age?

How school prepared him for the “real-world”?  What things he’s learned since starting as a full-time trainer?

Having had both schooling and an internship, which do you think helped you the most and why? Also, what fundamental knowledge should an aspiring trainer have down pat before attempting to break into the fitness industry?

Talk about his training & diet program that he’s following right now. and also how he was able to improve his bench (I know he loves to bench =P)

I’d like to know how many times he is going to miss a 300-pound bench press before he just sacks up and asks me to write him a program to get him to it. Ha! – Eric Cressey
