*  Mike – how do you utilize the band technique (around the knees) to increase the benefit of this exercise, and under which circumstances do you find this the most beneficial?

*  I have been very impressed by your articles in T-Nation as well as with your instructional DVDs. You have convinced me that foam rolling is a good thing and I have a question regarding this topic.

There are various types of foam rollers available and 1 of the drawbacks of the standard foam roller is that after a while, depending on how much you use it, it will deform and you will need to get a new one.

There are “inflatable” foam rollers available which supposedly get around the above issue. What do you think of them? Are they as good as a standard foam roller? Would you recommend getting them instead of the standard foam roller?

I appreciate you must get inundated with many questions and will patiently await your response.

Interview with Leigh Peele

Leigh Peele is an NASM certified trainer.  She is the author of two books, which you can find at fatlosstroubleshoot.com.  She currently trains people of all shapes and sizes, ranging from housewives to TV actors and athletes.

Leigh, it’s your first time on the show so please take a moment and tell us a little bit about yourself.

Your passion and products are geared towards helping people lose weight and body fat.  What got you interested in this topic?

Where do most people go wrong with their fat loss efforts?  Training, nutrition, everything?

Are you doing anything revolutionary with your clients’ training?  Anything new, cool, or exciting?

Let’s talk about the Fat Loss Troubleshoot.  What made you decide to pull something like this together?

I’m of the opinion that most people over-think the diet aspect of things.  What are your thoughts on the topic?

Thyroids – please explain to me why you have an obsession with them. ;)

Please tell us about Kevin.  How’s his training/nutrition coming?  The pics look good and he claims to have been 100% compliant on his diet.
