Podcasts Galore
As promised, I'm hitting the podcasts hard and heavy. I think I've figured out a way to nail down several coaches at once, which should mean a steady stream of new information coming your way!
If you're interested, definitely check out the Podcasts by following the link below:
In the past two weeks, I've posted interviews with Alan Aragon and Michael Boyle. In the coming weeks, we'll be featuring kettlebell and Olympic lifting afficionado Geoff Neupert, along with one of my favorite new coaches Nick Tumminello.
Thanks for your support and I hope you're enjoying the podcasts!
Stay strong

Finally listened to you Podcast with Mike Boyle. Very interesting, but a little disappointing. I have the greatest respect for Mike, I own just about everything he has produced, but was quite dissappointed to hear him join in on the Stuart McGill bandwagon. Dr. McGill is a very brilliant researcher, but I take exception with his idea that all we should do is quadruped, and planks. At what point does common sense enter into the equation. I met Dr. McGill about 8 or 9 years ago at a private seminar at the Chicago Bulls which was set up by Coach Al Vermeil. The doctor had some incredible information to disseminate, and the seminar was extremely informative, but as strength coaches we have to prepare our athletes not just for what they can control, but when they come to the unexpected. Fact of the matter is the core flexes, extends, rotates, stabilizes against those forces and balances. It should be trained to cover all of those functions. The sports arena is much different than a research lab. As usual, the pendulum is swinging way to far to the other side.
Keep up the good work!
