The Chicago In-Service FAQ

With the recent launch of my Chicago In-Service DVD’s/streaming videos, there have been a handful of questions that we’ve seen time and again in our inbox.

Rather than answer them individually, I figure it makes sense to answer a bunch of these at once, where everyone can benefit from the answers. Enjoy!

I purchased the BulletProof Back and Knees DVDs a while back. While I like them very much and refer to them often, I’m wondering about the streaming video option for the in-service product. If I purchase the streaming version of In-Service product, will I be able to watch the video 6 months, 12 months, 18 months from now?

Yes! You will be able to refer to this any time. We have them hosted on our site so you can login and watch the videos at any point in time.

Does the online version allow for video downloads or is it strictly an online view only?

The online version is set-up for streaming only. The video files themselves are rather large, so if we allow downloads (versus streaming) this option almost becomes cost prohibitive.
Update: by popular demand Allen has set up a download option under each of the streaming videos in .mp4 format. We’re giving this a try to see if it’s viable for future products.

Do you have any samples of your videos?

I wasn’t sure about this one, but there are sample YouTube videos of mine all over the Internet. Also, if you’d like to see actual sample clips from the in-service, you can find them on the sales page.

Has this product been given continuing ed credits? I think this type of product offers me exactly what I need as a trainer!

For the time being, I have not applied for continuing education credits through the NSCA or any other certifying body.

However, if we decide to do that at a later point in time, we will make the CEU’s available to anyone who has previously purchased the product.

If you purchase the DVD’s, can you also get online streaming?

Since this is our first time offering both options, we hadn’t originally considered this. However, if you order the DVD’s yet live internationally, we can probably set you up with the streaming in the interim. Shoot us an e-mail and we’ll figure something out.

Can I watch these videos on my iPad?

I haven’t tried myself, but I’m 99% sure the answer is yes. If not, let us know and we can configure some things to make this work.

What are the differences between this and your other products?

Again, I’m not sure how “different” they are. As I always say, good movement is good movement.

Furthermore, there’s always going to be overlap between my products. You can’t talk about backs without talking about backs, hips, t-spine, etc.

You can’t talk about knees without discussing hips, ankles, core, etc.

I feel this product is a great buy for several demographics:

  • If you’re new to my site and want to learn some of the basics of my system,
  • If you’ve been around for a while and want to see more live coaching and Q&A, OR
  • If you’ve seen everything and want to see how things have evolved or grown over the years.

I hope that answers some of the questions you guys and gals have. If you have anything else, feel free to leave your questions in the “Comments” section below and I’ll get to them ASAP.

And don’t forget – the Chicago In-Service is on sale for $30 off the original price this week ONLY. At midnight on Friday, April 13th, the price is going up to the standard $97 for streaming/$127 for hard copy versions.
