What is the Bulletproof Body?

This past weekend, I made a bold prediction….

The Bulletproof Body (formerly known as The UnBodybuilder Project) will launch its beta test on Tuesday, September 18th.

I’ve hinted around at what this project is for a while now, so I figured it’s time to start pulling back the curtain and show you guys what I’ve been working on for the last year of my life!

What is the Bulletproof Body?

Let me start by giving you a little background info on how this product evolved.

It all started when I saw my young athletes come into IFAST, and they were still doing idiotic training routines.

No structural balance.

No progression.

And in all honesty, no real “system” whatsoever.

Moreover, I’ve seen more than my share of programs written by “internet experts” that I know have trained few (if any) real clients.

So I started laying out a basic template that I could use to make people more athletic, while simultaneously helping them move and feel better.

I don’t even want to use the term “corrective” here; this is a well laid out program to help someone move and feel like an athlete.

But that’s where it started….

After some reflection, I realize it could be a lot more powerful than this. After a power lunch with THE Allen Tucker, I decided if this was going to be a life-changing program, we needed to focus on all three pillars of performance.

Training, Nutrition, and Recovery.

The Bulletproof Body is a step-by-step program where the next 16-weeks of your life are laid out for you.

You’ll know exactly what you need to be doing both in and out of the gym to not only improve your physique, but your health and well-being as well.

I’m going to go out on a limb here, but I think it needs to be said:

I want to change your life with this program.

I realize that’s an ambitious goal, but it’s the truth.

Who is the Bulletproof Body geared towards?

While there is one “backbone” to this program, there are three demographics the Bulletproof Body will cater to:

  1. Fat loss clients who want to move and feel more athletic,
  2. The “weekend warrior” or athlete who has fallen out of shape, and
  3. The serious athlete who wants to take their performance to the next level.

Let’s look at each of those in a bit more depth.

The Fat Loss Program

The fat loss version of the program is the most stripped down and straight forward version. It’s also the program that will take the least time commitment, as you could conceivably get through the program two times per week in right around 75-90 minutes.

The goal of this program is, just as the name says, focused on improving body composition and shedding fat.

The Weekend Warrior Program

This is the program if you’re a weekend warrior or out-of-shape athlete who wants to get back into the game. Whether you actually play sports as a result is up to you, but this program will help get you there if that’s your goal!

The time commitment is more substantial, as you’ll need to train at least 4 times per week to make it work, but you’ll be rewarded with some serious improvements in strength, athleticism, and energy system development.

The In-Shape Athlete Program

If you’re serious about your training, and/or you have a ton of time to train and want to become an absolute monster, this is the choice for you.

This program features not only the explosive and strength training elements provided in the first two programs, but a ridiculous energy system development protocol as well. Kudos to my boy Eric Oetter for his help with the EST sections of these programs.

Regardless of which program you choose, I know you’re going to see some ridiculous changes in how your body moves and feels by following this program!

When is the Bulletproof Body Beta test starting?

The Beta Test version of the Bulletproof Body will be on sale for 4 days ONLY!

I’m not kidding when I say this – I will put it out there at midnight, EST, on Tuesday September 18th, and it will be off the books at 11:59 EST on Friday, September 21st.

Furthermore, if you want to be eligible for the BPB transformation contest, you’ll need to start the program no later than October 1st to submit your materials.

Random Questions, Comments and Concerns?

Mike, can women do this program?

Of course! Men and women will both get fantastic results from the program.

Will I get a copy of the final edition?

If you purchase a copy of the Beta Test, you will get a copy of the final edition when it’s released in January/February of 2013.

Mike, do I need a lot of experience to follow the program?

I wouldn’t say you need a lot of experience, but you need to know your way around a weight room to be successful. In the Beta Test version I’m going to have video clips of 99% of the exercises you’ll be performing, and the entire program will be laid out for you.

Summary

So there you have it!

The Bulletproof Body has taken a significant amount of time and energy over the past year, but I think the holistic nature of the program is second to none. Furthermore, I can’t tell you how excited I am to get this out there and let people like you run with!
