A Note from Jess
Simple. Healthy. Delicious.
In this day and age, very little in our lives is simple. Whether it’s work, kids, or everyday life, simplicity is often forgotten!
However, if we’re serious about changing our lives and the way we eat, we must focus on hacking away everything that’s not essential.
Quite simply, if our nutrition program isn’t simple, we won’t stick to it. Period.
Secondly, our nutrition should nourish our bodies. Why bother with fringe, unhealthy diets?
We’ve all seen the friend who follows the latest diet craze, only to lose weight in the short-term but put it back on in the long-haul.
Instead, our goal should be to use nutrition to optimize our health and well being.
Finally, we all know that if our food isn’t delicious, we aren’t going to eat it!
I firmly believe that by using the nutrition tips and recipes that I’ll provide, you’ll see that we can eat in a healthy manner and it will taste fantastic as well!
