3 Ways to Run Better Group Workouts

Group workouts don’t have to be cookie-cutter, and they definitely DO NOT have to suck.

While large group workouts will never be as individual as private or 1-on-1 sessions, there are several simple things we can do to immediately improve the results of these sessions.

In this video, I’m going to break down 3 simple strategies you can use to make your large group workouts more individual and customized to the person in front of you.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • An overview of the R7 system, and why you should be using it to write ALL of your training programs.
  • How to incorporate power training into your group workouts (even with lower level clients and athletes).
  • Why you should create progressions and regressions for your strength training activities, and how to do this seamlessly for every workout.
  • Last but not least, some thoughts on making your finishers more fun and engaging.

Quite simply if you run large group workouts either with teams or gen pop clients, this video will help you write better sessions and get every individual a better training effect.

Give it a shot and let me know what you think!

All the best,

MR
