Are you ready for the New Year? I know I am, and I hope you are too!

Now that the DVD is almost ready for sale and the powerlifting meet is over, I’ll have a lot more time to commit to writing and updating the site. Be sure to stop back often as I’ll be adding new stuff almost every day! As well, I think you’ll really like some of the new material I’ve got on tap, both at T-Nation and Elite.

Finally, be on the lookout for some MAJOR announcements in the coming months. I can’t spill the beans on what I’m working on just yet, but needless to say it’s going to be VERY BIG and VERY COOL. STAY TUNED!

Training Tip:

Here’s the BEST TRAINING TIP you will get all year:

WORK YOUR ASS OF IN 2006 AND YOU’LL HAVE YOUR BEST YEAR EVER!

This tip is so simple, yet so UNDERRATED it makes me sick. Every time you hit the gym, try to add a little weight to the barbell. Work a little faster. Keep your diet a little tighter than you usually do. Do the little things that will keep you healthy like stretching, getting some massage done, and just sleeping more. Far too many people are looking for “secrets” to give them the strength and physique they want, when in reality the only secret is to consistently work hard.

I promise that if you just follow this one little tip, you will have your best year ever. Guaranteed!
