In this edition of “Old-School Article of the Week”, we have what I feel is one of my better articles.

5 Guaranteed Ways to Break Through Plateaus originally ran at T-Nation several years ago.� If I wrote it again I might cover the two-factor model of fitness and fatigue versus solely supercompensation, but the majority of the rules apply.

If nothing else, I think some of the links within the article may be ever bit as valuable.� Whether your goal is to lose body weight or body fat, get stronger, or add muscle mass the basic rules here apply.
