Steve Barrick is currently in his 7th year as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Indianapolis. Before that, he was a high school strength and conditioning coach for 7 years as well.

Steve and I first met several years ago when he was an attendee at the Diagnosis Fitness seminar. I’m a big fan of his work, and someone that I’m excited to have on the show here today.

In this show Steve and I talk about how to make big things happen at the D2 level, how he coaches the Olympic lifts with his athletes, and how Lee Taft has helped shape his speed and agility program.
