I’ve gotten a rash of e-mails, Facebook messages and the like regarding Assess and Correct lately, so allow me to update everyone all at once.
Obviously, things are going a little slower than we had expected. As we learned when we shot this video, there was a TON of information we wanted to cover. Between the assessments, the progressions, and then the posture portion of the manual, this project has gotten way bigger than any of us had ever imagined.
With all that being said, though, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
Today, I’ve completed the formatting on the e-manual, and we’ll all review that in the next day or two. Barring anything major, the manual is for all intensive purposes done.
James Dunn (our go-to design guy) is creating the final DVD’s as we speak. Again, we’ll have to review them to make sure the menus are working, everything is in order, etc., but I imagine that we’ll be done with that by the end of the week as well.
Essentially, I would say we’re 7-10 days away from putting this baby on the market! Here are a few pieces of info you may be interested in:
– The assessment section of the manual ALONE is almost 50 pages! This covers your static posture, various tests for alignment, and the dynamic movement assessment as well.
– There are over 70 exercises and progressions to make sure your warm-ups and training never get stale. This will literally cover the spectrum from a low-level, rehab based client, up to elite level athletes.
I’ve said this all along, but I feel like this is going to be an extremely powerful product. Thank you for your patience – it won’t be too much longer!
Stay strong
