Happy Holidays

It feels as though I’ve been slacking a bit on the blog lately, so I figure the least I can do is pull together some content before the weekend rolls around!

–  I’m working on a new series for the blog; not sure what it’s going to be titled yet, but the basic “theme” there is stuff that I use, attend, etc.  For instance, I’m going to write up an entire blog on all the equipment I use at IFAST, along with where to purchase it.  Another edition will be all the great seminars coming up in the next year, and how to find out more about them.  Should be interesting, so stay tuned!

–  Mike Reinold has been doing a great job with his blog.  In this edition, he discusses rotator cuff repairs at 1 and 2 years post-op.

Along those same lines, I’m working to get Mike on the podcast in the very near future.  I think he will make for a fantastic interviewee.

–  Perform Better is having their annual Holiday sale from now through January 3rd, 2010.  Not only can you recieve free shipping, but several items are marked as low as 20% off.  Whether it’s holiday shopping for a loved-one (or yourself!), be sure to check out all the great products they have to offer.

–  My boy, and former IFAST intern TJ Lensch, has been pulling together some great content over at his blog.  Here’s another one I tend to check out daily:

–  Finally, I sincerely hope all of you had a Happy Thanksgiving, and you’re getting prepped for an amazing holiday season.  I know that I, personally, can’t wait!

Have a great weekend
