It’s been a while since we’ve had a Random Friday post, so I figured we might as well get one in this week. Enjoy!
– As you can see from the above, we’re getting close on wrapping up “The Single-Leg Solution “project.” My boy James is working on the DVD, while I’m finishing up the first draft of the DVD. And tonight, I send the first draft off to Nate Green for copyediting. So there is actual progress going on!
The goal is to have it completed before I leave for vacation in April, and then when I come back we can launch it the following week. Stay tuned!
– Along those same lines, I’ve been working hard to updated my YouTube page as well. There are quite a few video clips there, and I would have it totally updated if I hadn’t hit my monthly limit on TubeMogul! Regardless, once the first of April comes around everything should be ready to rock. Check it out if you haven’t already!
– Mike Reinold wrote a fantastic blog about imbalances within the upward rotators a while back. You can find it here.
– Here’s a fantastic blog post by Dan John, discussing the inner battle that was going on while he went through the RKC Level II a few weeks ago. Dan is an amazing writer, and I think you’ll really like this piece.
– Here’s the link to an interview I did with Robbie Bourke. Robbie is a contributor to the StrenthCoach.com website, and I apologize for just now getting around to posting it!
– Lots of blogs today! Tony Gentilcore has been on fire lately – he may be the most entertaining writer in our little corner of the world. Be sure to check his blog daily, if you don’t already.
– As engaging as Tony is, Mark Young may be the most pragmatic. He always reads things with a critical mind, and I love that about him – it’s something I’m always working on myself. In this piece, Mark discusses how you can better understand research articles.
– Finally, I think this may the best blog piece that Eric has written all year. Check it out!
Well, that’s it for this week. Have a great weekend and we’ll see ya next week!
All the best
Mike
