Random Friday 9-25

Assess and Correct

It’s been a pretty hectic week, so I figured I’d wrap it up with a Random Friday post.  Enjoy!

–  I’ve been working hard to update my Resources page here on the site.  If you haven’t checked it out lately, be sure to do so!

–  I’ve also been keeping up on the Podcasts fairly well.  In case you missed it, I just posted a new interview with Dr. Chris Mohr yesterday.

–  We’ve been plugging away on Assess and Correct, and I think we’re in the stretch run here.  Eric has a round of edits to do on the exercises, Bill has a round of edits on the assessment section, and I need to format and revise the e-manual.  I can honestly say that this will be worth the wait, though; there’s a ton of great content in here!

–  I’m working on a newsletter about the various deadlift programs, and I’m hoping to get it completed by next week.  As I dig deeper, it appears as though deadlift training has changed quite a bit over the decades, but the numbers haven’t necessarily increased all that much.  Regardless, be on the lookout.

–  Colts vs. Cardinals this weekend, in yet another late night game.  Did the Colts not get my memo that I’m completely lame and go to bed at 10 or 11 every night?  Monday morning should be interesting around IFAST…

All right everyone, have a great weekend!

Stay strong

MR
