As many of you know, I’ll be heading to Minneapolis this weekend for the Russian Kettlebell Certification.

Am I excited?  Yes.

A little nervous? Sure.

But all in all, I expect it to be a great time.  Kettlebells are something I’ve always been interested in, and I’m really hoping this weekend is going to take my knowledge and coaching base to the next level.

Plus, I get to hang out and talk shop with a bunch of super-smart coaches, which never sucks 😉

With all that being said, I’m not sure how much blogging I’ll get done while gone.  Wish me luck and I’ll see everyone in a couple of days!
