RTS Updates March 2010

Updates

I’ll be honest – I can’t believe the year is almost 25% over with!

With that being said, I wanted to give some updates to keep everyone up to speed on what’s going on around here.  Here goes!

– Blog Posts

For the next couple of weeks, I’m only going to blog 2-3x/week.  For the past couple of weeks when I’ve been writing 4 blogs and a newsletter weekly, and frankly, that’s a ton of writing!

My goal is to get my Single-Leg Solution DVD and manual ready to ship before I go on vacation April 10th.  That way, once I get back we’ll be ready to rock!

– Podcast interviews this week

As promised, In the Trenches Fitness will be cranking back up this week, and I’m interviewing some fantastic coaches!  On Wednesday, I’ll be talking shop with Joe Kenn – quite possibly the premiere strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level.

A little later that day, I’ll be interviewing the incomparable Pavel Tsatsouline.  Obviously we’ll talk a great day about kettlebells, but also about strength, flexibility, and a host of  other topics as well.

The Kenn podcast will go up this Friday, and the Pavel interview will go up next week.  Stay tuned!

– The Share/Save Button

I get questions from people all the time about forwarding my content out to their list, their friends, etc.  With regards to my blog posts, I’ve made this incredibly easy!

If you scroll down to the bottom of this post (and you have to be on the actual post itself, NOT on the main page) you’ll see a “Share/Save” button.  If you scroll over that, you’ll see quick/hot links to many of the major social media providers (Twitter, Facebook, Digg, Stumbleupon, etc.)

If you really like a post, please take a second to either share it with your friends, or even just forward the link on via e-mail.  Anything you can do to help spread the word is greatly appreciated.

My web consultants keep telling me the fitness world is archaic with their use of technology.  I agree to an extent, but not because we’re simply unintelligent or unwilling to learn new things.

The issue is we haven’t been exposed to a lot of it yet, so take a second to fiddle around with the share/save button and feel free to use it repeatedly!

BTW  – If you’re interested you can always shoot me a friend request on Facebook or Follow Me on Twitter via the links on the side panel.

All right, time to get cracking on this manual.  Make it a great week!

Stay strong

MR
