Robertson Training Systems Updates

MR is heading back down under!

While many (myself included) called last year’s trip to Australia a “once in a lifetime opportunity”, I guess I really did enjoy myself because I’m heading back!

We’re going to make this year’s trip even better as well – more venues and more dates to come and get your learn on.  This year, we’ll be discussing strategies to keep the low back healthy, along with a step-by-step process of how I write training programs.

If you’re interested in the Australian Seminar Series (’09 version), please check out the PDF featured below.  I hope to see many of you again!

New article up!

I have a new article up over at FigureAthlete.com.  While the program is geared towards women, a lot of guys should respond well to the programming as well.  Enjoy!

ZMA For Deep Sleep
By John Berardi

ZMA is useful for improving the quality of your sleep. For me, ZMA tends not to induce sleep as much as deepen it. Expect your dreams to be extremely vivid! My athletes, when traveling, or when under heavy training loads, usually included 2-3 ZMA capsules before bed.
