Today, we’re going to try something a little out of the ordinary.
I know a lot of you have questions about single-leg training, as well as the product itself.
To help answer those questions, I’m going to do a 1-hour Tweetchat this afternoon to try and help you better understand single-leg training, as well as the role it should play in your programming.
If you’re interested in learning more (or at the very least, NOT interested in working all day!), here’s what you have to do to sign on.
And don’t worry – I’m going to take you step-by-step through the process, so don’t let technology get in the way of your learning!
2 – Once you’ve created your account, head over to Tweetchat at 12:30 pm EST and sign-in to your Twitter account there.
3 – Once your signed in, there’s a little box at the top with the text “Enter hashtag to follow.” Copy and paste the following into that section:
If everything works out correctly, you’ll be re-directed to a chat room and we’ll be off and running!
I think this is going to be a great time, and I hope many of you will participate. Even if you don’t ask questions or have comments, hopefully you’ll pick up a thing or two to improve your own training!
Again, here’s the pertinent info:
Wednesday, May 5th, 12:30 pm EST
See you there!
All the best
