This workshop will be held at Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training:

Please come to the Eastside of the building and enter through the middle door that says IFAST.

Now a few quick notes:

• The event will run from 9 am to approximately 4 pm.
• Please wear athletic attire, as we will definitely be moving around.
• We will supply coffee in the AM, and lunch will be on your own. There are tons of spots within walking/driving distance.
• If you are staying the night before/after the event, there are tons of hotels within close proximity. If you want just a cool area to stay, I’d highly recommend the Fishers District as there’s food, bars, and great hotels all within 5 minutes of the gym.
