Last but not least, here are two important things to do between now and next Monday.
#1 – Don’t forget about next week!
Don’t forget that next week is the only time you’ll be able to register for the training group. Write yourself a note, set a reminder in your phone, or write it on your hand in permanent ink if you must!
Just remember if you want to get in on the action, register ASAP when you get that first e-mail on Monday morning.
#2 – Get up to speed on the big lifts!
Regardless of how long you’ve been in the Iron Game, you can always improve, tweak and refine your lifting technique.
