26 Tips for Bulletproof Knees!

Let’s be honest – knee pain sucks.

You see, waaaaayyyyy back in 2008 I created a manual called “Bulletproof Knees,” and my goal was simple…

…to see less people suffer and “deal with” knee pain.

And even though I’m admittedly biased, I thought the program was pretty darn good.

But like all things in life, programs and systems change.

They evolve.

And while I have zero desire to re-write the manual, what I have done is created 26 tips to help YOU deal with less knee pain.

Some of the tips are focused on building strength and stability.

Others are focused on cleaning up asymmetries.

And others are meant to help restore flexibility, mobility and your body’s natural athleticism.

So if you (or someone you love) is dealing with knee pain, I really hope these posts will help.

  1. Awesome tips. As a runner I’ve had my fair share of knee pain and injuries. I’ve tried some of the exercises shared here and they helped, like a lot
