3 Ways to Make Zone 2 Cardio FUN

I’ve got an admission to make…

…for most of my adult life, I’ve absolutely HATED doing cardio.

But as a trainer and coach for 23 years now, I also know improving my conditioning is critical if I want to move and feel great as I age.

So over the years, I’ve tried just about everything to make conditioning fun, and there are 3 ways I can “trick” myself into doing cardio that makes it suck a whole lot less.

If you’re one of those people that can go out and run for fun, or bike for miles on end without getting bored, this probably doesn’t apply to you.

But if you’re more like me and struggle to find ways to make conditioning fun AND effective, I know the methods I outline in this video will help.
