David Joyce’s passion for developing people has been the red thread that goes through everything he does.

For more than two decades in his career in elite performance, David has trained, rehabilitated, and maintained multiple world champions, Olympians, and more than 100 national champions.

He was the Head of Athletic Performance of the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League.

He is also the first athletic performance coach in history to work with team China after working with another national Olympic team.

Today, as the High Performance Leadership and Strategy Specialist at Synapsing—a sports-strategy and decision-making consultancy—David remains dedicated to his mission to help individuals and teams uncover their inner greatness.

David joins me today to discuss coaching development and building better coaches for the long haul.

He explains what makes coach development different from coach education and outlines how to improve your decision-making hygiene.

He describes how individuals can curate their career and personal development.

And David also underscores the importance of applying knowledge and highlights the factors that make a master coach.

Facts and figures don’t move people the way we think they would—it’s emotions that do. And the greatest coaches are the ones who understand where their clients’ goals are. – David Joyce

With the new year right around the corner, I want to help YOU make 2022 your best year ever. I’ve made it a goal to totally revamp my online coaching platform. In fact, I want to help more people than ever before –  and that starts with people like you.

So if you’re interested in getting in the best shape of your life this year, I’ve got two options for you.

Option Number 1: Private Online Coaching

We’ll take offline training programs and move it online. My Private Online Coaching package includes:

  • An initial start-up call to learn all about you, your needs, and your goals
  • A custom, personalized program that’s going to help you achieve your goals
  • Regular communication to make sure that you’re on the right track and getting great results.

I’ve already filled two spots so I’m down to three left in 2022, so if you’re interested in my one-on-one online coaching, send me an email ASAP at [email protected]

Option Number 2: My RTS Annual Program

In the RTS Annual Program, we go through four 3-month phases of training:

  • Building the Engine
  • Leaning Season
  • Athletic Domination, and
  • Stronger

But the cool part about this program is that it’s more than just a training program. Every month, you’ll not only get a new workout to follow but we’ll also set monthly challenges where we develop habits in nutrition, recovery, and mindset to help ensure that 2022 is your best year ever.

If you’re interested in an annual training group, you can learn more at RobertsonTrainingSystems.com/Annual. And if you’ve got any questions whatsoever, feel free to email me directly at [email protected].
