• An in-service or webinar. Whether it’s a live presentation to my staff or a webinar, these will be my bread-and-butter content. So far I’ve already recorded material on shoulder anatomy and function, anatomy and coaching on the basic core exercises, and two webinar case studies on high-level athletes and how we got them back on the field or platform.
• Demos of the exercises we use daily, along with coaching cues and what to look for. As you know, you can’t ever be good enough at the basics, and often the more coaching cues you have in your arsenal, the better off you’ll be. I’ll also explain some of the reasoning behind why I use specific exercises in my programming.
• A training program from one of my clients and/or athletes. Nothing can help a coach more than looking at another coaches program and trying to figure out “why” they did things. This often stimulates great thought, and makes your own programs better. I envision also integrating my “program of the month” with a webinar that explains the rationale behind the program.

And keep in mind – that’s just what I’m doing every month! That doesn’t include the great content you’ll get from Eric, Dave and BJ.
