Your Mobility Quick-Start Guide

I don’t know about you, but I LOVE quick-start guides.

Sure, sometimes after I’ve gotten the product rolling I want all the details and ins-and-outs of how it works.

But when I’m just getting started, I just want to get going ASAP!

So today, I’m going to give you a quick-start guide to mobility.

Want to start unlocking your hips and lower back?

Your shoulders?

Your ankles and feet?

If so, I’ve got you covered in the videos below!

A 30-Second Primer

Whenever possible, I like to take a 3-step approach to improving mobility.

It looks like this:

The release work helps short muscles or stiff connective tissues to relax.

The reset allows you to expand those areas and create space.

Then when you get into the actual mobility drills, you have the foundation to create real change with your mobility.

So as you’re going through these videos, don’t just pay attention to the exercises themselves, but the order and sequence that I use as well.

Now let’s get into it!

The Videos

What I’d suggest here is picking ONE VIDEO, and doing it daily for the next 7-10 days.

Maybe you’re just tight all over – if so, start with the “Unlock Mobility” and go from there.

OR if you’ve got a specific area of the body that’s tight, go to the corresponding video.

Again, don’t skip steps and do it EVERY DAY for 7-10 days. I guarantee it’ll make a difference!

Summary

So there you have it, a quick-start guide to getting your body right and unlocking your mobility.

Like anything else in the gym, though, if you want to see real change, you’ve got to commit to the process.

I guarantee if you do one of these routines for as little as 7-10 days, you’re going to feel a massive difference in how your body moves and feels.

Give it a shot and let me know what you think!

All the best,
MR
