Let’s be honest: Pretty much every client and athlete I’ve worked with in the past decade has complained about having “tight hips.”
But it goes deeper than just the hips.
When you’ve got stiff hips, that can negatively impact your knees and lower back as well, which robs you of performance in the gym or on the field.
So my goal in today’s video is to give YOU a simple mobility routine that can make a big difference in how you move and feel!
As with all of my programs, we’re going to start with the first 3R’s in my programs:
- R1 – Release (foam rolling, lacrosse ball, etc.)
- R2 – Reset (optimizing body position and alignment), and
- R3 – Readiness (working on mobility and movement)
And the order is important here!
Make sure to follow the R’s in order to get maximum results – each step builds on the previous one to make sure everything is lined up and ready to go.
