How to Build COMPLETE Athletes

When you start training athletes (or even gen pop clients) it’s easy to get overwhelmed writing their programs.

Because let’s be honest…they want it all!

And while I can give an athlete all of those physical qualities, I can’t necessarily do it all in one program.

So in this video, I describe how I set-up multiple programs to support and develop all of the physical qualities athletes need to be successful.

All the best,

P.S. – I realize times might be tough right now, but if you’re still committed to making 2020 your best year EVER, here’s a couple ways you can do that….

  1. Hi Mike, great video as usual! If you don’t mind could you layout the conditioning methods for block 2 and 3? I am really curious how you set the conditioning together with strength and power blocks as well. Cheers!
