Hope you’re having an amazing week and absolutely crushing life.
I’ve got a big week ahead, as I’m:
- Revamping a bunch of pages and old content here on the site.
- Prepping for my upcoming talk at the Vigor Ground Fitness Summit this weekend.
- And along with that prepping to not only fly and spend 4 days in Seattle, but then come back and immediately take the fam to Tennessee for Fall Break!
But even with everything going on, I wanted to make sure that I got some fresh content out to you this week.
