Landmine Presses, Shoulder Pain, and Quad GAINZ

Hey friend!

Hope you’re having an amazing week and absolutely crushing life.

I’ve got a big week ahead, as I’m:

  • Revamping a bunch of pages and old content here on the site.
  • Prepping for my upcoming talk at the Vigor Ground Fitness Summit this weekend.
  • And along with that prepping to not only fly and spend 4 days in Seattle, but then come back and immediately take the fam to Tennessee for Fall Break!

Oh and did I mention today is Kade’s 11th birthday?!?!?!

Crazy.

But even with everything going on, I wanted to make sure that I got some fresh content out to you this week.
