So as you may or may not know, I made it a goal to create WAY MORE video content in 2022.
I actually did really well during the first three months of the pandemic, but since then, it’s been pretty hit-or-miss.
That’s why I’m proud to say that I’ve gotten a ton pushed out this year, and I hope it’s making you a better trainer or coach!
Now I’m dropping all of this on both YouTube and Instagram, so if you’re not already following me at one (or both) of those locations, take 1-2 seconds out of your day and do that right now.
But without any further ado, let’s jump into all the videos I’ve pumped out over the past 3-4 weeks!
Coaching and Cuing
At the risk of sounding conceited, I’d like to think I’ve got some really good coaching videos for you this month!
Here we talk a little bit about sway back posture, including when to coach/cue belt buckle up, and when it could make things worse.
We talk about the scissor cue, and I bring in the cutest fitness model of all time to assist me.
And of course I’ve got a few videos of exercises I’m using frequently, along with some tips and tricks to get more out of ’em.
Random Thoughts
First and foremost, if you’re interest in learning more from me, I think you’ll LOVE my Complete Coach Seminar in Huntsville, Alabama. The first video details that in depth.
The second video depicts the absolute work program to write, and how to help your clients narrow their focus and create real goals.
And last but not least, I talk a little bit about the mentorship process, and why the people you follow should actually DO what they talk about doing on the Internet. 😉
Exercise Demos
Last but not least, I’ve got LOTS of demos for you this month!
As you can see, I’m thrown in a bunch of pressing variations, a handful of miscellaneous exercises, and I’ve got a TON of kettlebell swing variations coming this month and next.
There’s more to come on that front, but I hope you pick up a new exercise or two along the way that you enjoy!
