One of the reasons Eric Cressey and I get along so well is because he’s a real-world, in the trenches strength coach.
Unfortunately, a lot of people on the Internet who are talking about coaching and training are doing so from a totally theoretical standpoint.
They aren’t out there making kids better.
They’re not working with the average Joe Schmoe to help them burn body fat and get into fantastic shape.
In fact, they’re not really coaching anyone. But when there’s a debate about fitness on Facebook, they’re the first and last to throw in their 2 cents.
I’m sorry – but it’s annoying.
When I saw these videos about Eric and his facility, I felt compelled to let people know about it. After all, if you’re doing a bang-up job, it always feels good when someone else gives you credit, right?
Take a few minutes to watch these videos – I’m really happy to see Eric and his facility doing so well!
And if you’re interested in following a program that’s written by a real-world strength coach (not some Internet expert who hasn’t trained anyone in their life), be sure to pick up a copy of Eric’s Show and Go product. It’s a fantastic resource, and one that I know tons of people have had fantastic results with.
Stay strong
