After coaching clients and athletes in the gym for over 20 years, there are 2 primary reasons people have pain when lunging:
- They don’t find their heel and/or
- Their torso gets too far forward and they end up on their toes.
So the simple solution here is to find your heels and drop straight down when you lunge, but unfortunately, it’s not always that easy.
In this video I’m going to show you a super simple progression I’ve used time and again to help my clients and athletes lunge pain-free.
