All right my friend it’s a new week, so you know I got some new videos!
This week we covered exercise technique, loading schemes, and other random stuff.
Let’s do this!
How Do You Load 5×5?
This was came from the DM’s…
“How do you load 5×5?”
There’s a lot of ways to do this, and while it’s not all-encompassing, this video covers three of the standard ways you can load 5×5.
The Biggest Landmine Press Mistake?
The landmine press is an awesome exercise, and something that I use with the vast majority of my clients.
BUT – there are a handful of mistakes I see people make time and again, and this is one of the biggest.
Check it out!
Front-Foot vs. Rear-Foot Elevated Split-Squats
Too often, front-foot and rear-foot elevated split-squats are swapped out simply because they live in the “split-squat” family.
However, while they may look similar at first glance, I think what you get out of each exercise is actually quite different.
In this short video I break down the differences between the two variations, and discuss when I might choose one vs. the other.
Feet-Elevated Push-ups
Last but not least, here’s one of my favorite push-up variations.
Simple.
Easy to increase load.
And just awesome all around!
Summary
Okay my friend that does it for this week.
Is there something you’d like to see in the future? Or a video you’d like me to shoot for you?
If so just drop it in the comments section below. Thanks!
