4 Exercises to Build Linear Acceleration and Straight-Ahead Speed

Every athlete has to accelerate.

Whether we’re playing baseball, basketball, football, soccer or anything in between, acceleration is a key component of virtually every sport.

And while there are probably 10,000 exercises out there, today I want to share four of my favorite acceleration exercises with you, along with how I coach and cue them.
