I don’t know about you, but I LOVE core training exercises.
Whether our goal is to build strength, improve athleticism or just look a bit better on the beach, core training exercises can help you achieve all those goals.
But here’s the thing – I think a lot of the standard core training exercises like sit-ups and crunches leave A LOT to be desired.
So in today’s video I’m going to share with you some of my favorite core training exercises that can be done anywhere, with little or no equipment.
And the best part?
These exercises can help improve your posture, alignment and movement, which makes them fantastic choices for just about everyone..
