RTS Coaching: Low Box Reverse Lunge


Split-squats and lunges are two one of my go-to moves when it comes to training my athletes.

But just because I love an exercise doesn’t mean I’m not willing to change things up – especially if it makes it better.

So when my man Chris Chase from the Atlanta Hawks demo’d this variation on Instagram a while back, I had to give it a shot.

Here’s a quick tutorial on the low box reverse lunge, as well as why I’m using it more nowadays in my programming. Enjoy!
