Cory Walts has been Haverford College’s Fitness Center Director and Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2007. At Haverford, he designs and implements year-round training programs for the majority of their 23 varsity teams.

In this show Cory and I discuss how he got started in physical preparation, why he created his Adjustable Workout System, and how he uses “movement vitamins” to improve the movement quality of his athletes.
